Cashier - Isabang

DigiPlus Interactive Corp., a leading player in the Philippine retail gaming market, is seeking a skilled Cashier to join its team. With over 20 years of experience, the company has established a robust distribution network across the country, offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow with a dynamic organization.

• Ensure the security and accuracy of cash-on-hand, as well as all cash collection or remittances, and prize releases.
• Accountable for cash collection, cash count, and cash handover every business shift.
• Process financial transactions of customers by receiving payments in cash, credit, or debit, and issuing receipts, refunds, and change.
• Prepare reports of daily operations, including cash collection, disbursement, deposits, prize pools, etc.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in inputting details in the system.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
• Submit timely reports to the Branch Cashier.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers as they approach the counter and responding to their inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and keep it fully stocked with needed supplies.
• Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and securely.

• Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Equivalent / High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Cashier. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including counting money, making change, and reconciling cash drawers.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexible to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Unquestionable Integrity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
