Cashier Job Description

DigiPlus Interactive Corp., a leading player in the Philippine retail gaming market, is seeking a skilled Cashier to join its team. With over 20 years of experience, the company has established a robust distribution network across the country, offering world-class multi-gaming platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security and accuracy of cash-on-hand and all cash collection or remittances.
  • Process financial transactions by receiving payments in cash, credit, or debit, and issuing receipts, refunds, and change.
  • Prepare daily operation reports, including cash collection, disbursement, deposits, prize pools, and other relevant details.
  • Input accurate and timely details in the system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Submit timely reports to the Branch Cashier and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Cashier or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to operate POS systems.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to irregular hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
Language: English (Preferred)
