We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through strategic outreach and exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Research: Independently identify and research potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Manage and convert sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver personalized client experiences by addressing questions, concerns, and service needs promptly.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing seamless support and fostering trust.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights to improve performance.

Qualifications
