Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all construction-related deliverables from project introduction through construction and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Prologis standards.
- Lead projects, including consultants and contractors, to develop works within Prologis specifications, budget, and schedules.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of reporting that captures major project milestones, risks, notes, and other key project information for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in building energy projects, with knowledge or expertise in electrical, structural, and civil work.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Prologis to customers and vendors.
