**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Venair Iberica Sau. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet both client and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of custom-engineered solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as key contact for Sales team and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met through tailored solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and progress updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet Venair Iberica Sau's stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management and engineering.

**Requirements:**

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
  • Experience: No experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering principles, CAD software, and project management tools valuable.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed.
