About the Role

Alight Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for SAP Basis and HRX systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform software installations, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP Basis systems.
  • Plan and execute maintenance tasks, including client copies, system refreshes, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and IT customer management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and support of customers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of SOPs and technical descriptions for operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP technology, including heterogeneous HANA migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PCE, Cloud environments, and Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
