Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our software solutions used by insurance market professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Design and execute test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure efficient testing processes.
  5. Provide accurate estimates and status updates to stakeholders.
  6. Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  7. Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential defects and areas for improvement.
  8. Review and provide feedback on test cases executed by less experienced testers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Knowledge of software development methodologies and testing frameworks.
  5. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
