Sales Operations Specialist

At Doctoralia España, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring our revenue KPIs and the actual performance of expected tasks within daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or other positions related to business development project management.
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs concerning our CRM.
- Creating and updating automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection.
- Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Supervising KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and providing actionable information and useful insights for team leaders and managers.
- Participating in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
- Training sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and the processes related.
- Re-thinking processes, detecting bottlenecks, and pursuing improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and members of other departments.
- Ensuring leads are assigned and contacted promptly.
