Sales Operations Specialist

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Doctoralia España, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to maximize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain sales operations processes and automations to ensure seamless integration with our CRM system.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, statistics, or business.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
