Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our common business on the Belgian market.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in digital marketing, project management, and sales. You will work closely with our international team and have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct local market research and compile public data to gain a deep understanding of the Belgian market.
- Digital Tool Management: Manage the development of our digital tool, working closely with the technical team to ensure its growth and success.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including sitemaps, articles, and SEO optimization, to improve our website's referencing.
- Digital Acquisition Campaigns: Define and execute digital acquisition campaigns, using tools like Google Adwords Search and Facebook Ads.
- Lead Handling Processes: Develop and monitor lead handling processes, working closely with the Sales Manager and Country Manager to ensure continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Language Skills: Dutch / Flemish as your mother tongue, French as a plus, Spanish as a small plus, and English fluency.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Previous experience in content management and/or web marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEA best practices.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to structure and process data, draw insightful conclusions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, anticipate problems, and find innovative solutions.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and take ownership of your projects.
