**About Us**
At Callmepower, we're a dynamic team dedicated to innovating and growing our business in the digital landscape. We're seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our international team in Madrid, Spain.
**The Role**
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the growth of our common business on the Belgian market. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales. Your mission will be to:
• Develop and optimize our website content to generate qualified traffic;
• Continuously improve the monetization of our website;
• Enhance the sales process through collaboration with our call center sales team;
• Analyze and report daily traffic, conversion, and sales metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
**Responsibilities**
You'll be working closely with our technical team to:
• Conduct local market research and compile public data to gain insights into the Belgian market;
• Manage the development and optimization of our digital tool;
• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including SEO, content creation, and social media advertising;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish as your native language, with French and English also being essential;
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, particularly in SEO and SEA;
• Previous experience in content management and web marketing is a significant advantage;
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
**What We Offer**
