About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our Experience Design team at Joivy. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our company's offerings, ensuring every touchpoint is meticulously crafted to delight and engage our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User-Centric Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather user insights. Analyze heatmaps, customer journeys, and data analytics to understand behavior and preferences.
  • Problem & Solution Definition: Perform usability assessments and heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Use card sorting, personas, and empathy maps to uncover needs and motivations.
  • UI & Interaction Design: Create intuitive, visually engaging high-fidelity designs and prototypes, ensuring clear communication of solutions. Perform usability assessments and heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product design.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working with design systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of design principles and human-centered design.
  • Experience with usability testing and heuristic evaluation.
