About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our Product & Technology team at Personio. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing work-streams, providing product direction, leading within the design team, and tackling complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entire work-streams, providing product direction through goal-setting and planning.
- Lead within the design team and among cross-functional peers.
- Tackle systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints.
- Launch well-defined and well-executed products.
- Solve Product Design problems that few others can.
- Connect related projects across the company to resolve issues or joint decisions quickly.
Requirements
- Exceptional in one dimension of design, e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Craft, Programs.
- Skilled in using high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Experience developing and improving tools, frameworks, or existing systems.
- Designed new patterns or introduced standards adopted by others in previous roles.
- Track record of proactively identifying and driving initiatives that strengthen the team.
