Transforming Energy with Innovative Infrastructure Solutions

Siemens Gamesa, a leading player in the wind industry, is seeking a skilled Lead Infrastructure Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Hardware Auxiliary Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure platform, which is critical to our SCADA system.

About the Role

  • Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions for our data center.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Ansible, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Optimize security solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Participate in 2/3 level support for IT technicians and contribute to the development of documentation, training materials, and processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data technology, computer science, or engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of server hardware, scripting, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of OT/IT security principles and regulations.
  • Experience with SAFe and PI planning methodologies is a plus.
