About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Developer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our Hardware Auxiliary Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new OT-technical solutions for our SCADA platform
  • Optimize security solutions to meet the increasing demands of our business
  • Manage and maintain servers, UPS, storage units, and electrical components in our on-premises data center
  • Automate installation processes using Shell scripts, Ansible, and other tools
  • Create documentation, training materials, and procedures for our team
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in data technology or computer science
  • Deep knowledge of server hardware, scripting, and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of OT/IT security and compliance regulations
  • Experience with SAFe and PI planning methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
