Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-focused solutions.

  • Conducting customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
