Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Working closely with our technical support team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- High-level attention to detail, time management, and accuracy.
- A valid driver's license for EU countries.
