Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Working closely with our technical support team to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • High-level attention to detail, time management, and accuracy.
  • A valid driver's license for EU countries.
