Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Conduct regular quality checks and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or quality assurance role.
  • Experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, order management, and contact management systems is a plus.
  • Experience with performance management/QA systems and Salesforce knowledge are highly desired.
