We are seeking a highly skilled Chamber Music Development Coach to support the implementation of our international cooperation project in Asturias. The project, co-funded by the European Union and the Creative Europe program, aims to promote peace and cultural exchange through music. As a Chamber Music Development Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning event logistics, including rehearsal schedules, venue arrangements, and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with musicians to prepare for each event and provide individual and group coaching to young musicians.
  • Mentor and guide ensemble groups, focusing on chamber music techniques.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages mutual respect, cultural exchange, and artistic expression.
  • Contribute ideas for event themes or interactive elements that highlight the project's mission and engage the community.

This role requires a strong background in music coaching, experience in chamber music, and a commitment to using music for social good. Proficiency in English and experience working with young musicians in an international or multicultural context are highly beneficial.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
