Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with German-speaking skills to join their team in Gibraltar. This full-time role offers an attractive base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing professional to manage campaigns on the DACH market and drive profitable growth for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in executing successful acquisition campaigns within the digital marketing channel.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing digital marketing campaigns to drive profitable growth and deliver country-specific revenue targets
  • Maintaining and analyzing campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across paid social media, display web and app, programmatic partners, and supporting ASO initiatives as needed
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and maximize marketing ROI
  • SUPPORTING IN MANAGING KEY STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISPLAY PARTNERS AND ACCOUNT MANAGERS
  • Negotiating and optimizing deals with partners
  • Identifying and managing new creative growth campaigns and prospecting new partners that support acquisition objectives
  • Researching and negotiating new acquisition partners
  • Requesting, processing, and tracking IOs and invoicing

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Native German speaking skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience in executing successful, profitable acquisition campaigns within the digital marketing channel
  • Proven hands-on experience in display web and app campaigns, paid social media, programmatic, organic app (ASO)
  • Data-driven approach to decision making with strong commercial acumen
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing acquisition funnels for both web and app campaigns
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and marketing automation software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to drive marketing decisions
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to online betting and gaming marketing activities
