We are seeking a talented Procurement Professional to join our global team at Siemens Gamesa, a leading player in the wind industry and manufacturer of wind turbines. As a Procurement Professional, you will work with strategic activities in relation to purchasing from external suppliers of Siemens Gamesa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the implementation of Outsourcing strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
  • Contribute to our Supply Chain footprint, drive cost-out initiatives.
  • Provide purchasing assistance to support design on cost reduction activities.
  • Establish lean processes together with cross-functional teams to ensure a proper implementation of key projects.
  • KPI management.
Requirements:
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
  • Experience in purchasing and/or supply chain and a relevant technical/commercial education.
  • Strong experience in process and KPI development.
  • Strong team-player with the ability to work independently.
  • Data management.
  • Excellent presentation skills both written and oral.
  • Cross functional collaboration and an open mind for new ways of working.
