Job Title: Gaming Community Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Community Safety Specialist to join our team at Social Element. As a leading global and independent full-service social media agency, we are committed to making social media better for everyone.



The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of users on our client's gaming platforms. This will involve reviewing user-generated content, including comments, chats, images, videos, and audio files, to ensure it meets our community guidelines.



Key responsibilities will include:




  • Reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines
  • Escalating harmful content to ensure continued protection of users and brand
  • Staying up-to-date with notifications of any new changes in our guidelines or systems
  • Carrying out moderation and training according to the project schedule
  • Being resilient when reviewing content that may be unexpected, highly sensitive, intense, or challenging
  • Informing supervisors and/or project management team of any technical or other issues with tools or content


We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about creating a safe and enjoyable online community, we would love to hear from you.



Working Hours: We are looking for someone with mixed flexibility across weekdays and weekends to cover all possible project hours. When a project becomes available, we will be able to tell you what the expected shift pattern will be to check you have the right availability.
