About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic global SAP Enterprise Architects team within the new SAP Customer Services & Delivery board.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of Business Technology Architecture (BTA) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) methods into the regions, developing regional flavors to achieve a consistent execution of the Business Technology Strategy (BTS) and EA, and strong connection to regional and local Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D)
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
- Establish a deep understanding of EA's business benefit, build-up easily accessible repositories for industry-flavored artefacts, assets, and deliverables together with other teams while supporting the roll-in method evolution from Process Excellence & Architecture (PE&A) to delivery
- Act as an advocate for EA across engagements within global engagements and support regional and Market Unit (MU) architecture initiatives within and beyond CS&D
- Support the development, management, and adaptation of architectural frameworks, methods, and tools
- Work closely with the partner ecosystem, SAP Innovation Experience (SIX), and Marketing to develop formats to make architectural discussions tangible for customers and infuse transformational architectural discussions in every customer interaction across the globe
- Drive forward the further development of the EA role's vision, responsibility, tasks, and embedding an architectural mindset across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer experience roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect), with experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes
- Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities
- S/4HANA technical or/and SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience
- Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in English) at the senior management within an IT team and across business functions
- Mindset for Strategic Thinking, Continuous Learning, and Business Acumen
