Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Strategist Intern to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in retaining and growing our existing business across various industries and developing strategic partnerships across Criteo's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.
- Troubleshoot client issues/bugs on campaign and liaise with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team.
- Help the AS team identify growth opportunities within the current business portfolio.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.
- Contribute to the team's success by improving tools and internal processes, including automation of certain tasks.
- Help build case studies by collecting information and creating customized case studies for clients.
Requirements:
- You have completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field.
- You possess business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
- You can work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
- You have analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations.
- You have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You have a passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
- You have strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications.
- You can sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months.
