About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Criteo as an Account Strategist Intern in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing business from various industries and developing strategic partnerships across Criteo's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies
  • Solving client issues and bugs on campaigns, working closely with the Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team
  • Helping the AS team identify growth opportunities within the current business portfolio
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as creating IOs and tickets
  • Contributing to the team's success by improving tools and internal processes

Requirements:

  • Completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field
  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning
  • Strong knowledge of core MS Office applications
