Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Customer Success to join our team at Hexagon. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer success team in building and developing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Develop and implement data-led models of the customer journey to ensure customer data accuracy and consistency.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and business growth.
  • Work closely with the customer success operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer success strategies.
  • Develop and implement compensation plans to incentivize customer success team performance and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of software businesses, including subscription and renewal models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to hold C-level customer conversations.
  • Business development knowledge and experience growing a business.
