Director of Customer Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Customer Success to join our team at Hexagon. As a key player in our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer-success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the customer success team in building and developing scalable and sustainable growth strategies, with a focus on customer-first approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to create and optimize upsell and cross-sell strategies that increase ROI.
- Develop and implement compensation plans that encourage productivity and performance, while rewarding customer-goal and business-goal achievement.
- Manage relationships across the entire CS team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maintain and improve customer relationships.
- Determine metrics, health scores, and KPIs relevant to each account, the entire team, and the entire business, and track these metrics to ensure alignment and progress.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager, leading a customer success team with proven performance and specific revenue goal achievement.
- An MBA or related graduate or post-graduate degree is preferred, with a technical undergrad degree being an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of software businesses, with knowledge of both the subscription and renewal models.
- Expert communication skills and the ability to hold C-level customer conversations that drive business for both parties and move the relationship forward.
- Business development knowledge and, ideally, experience growing a business.
