Commercial Training Trainee

We are seeking a dedicated trainee to support our team in the development and implementation of commercial training programs. This role involves coordinating and structuring training initiatives for the Food & Beverage Division in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement training programs to meet the organization's job requirements.
  2. Collaborate with sales managers to schedule and organize training sessions.
  3. Analyze employee training needs and develop appropriate new programs.
  4. Structure and standardize onboarding programs for all sales roles.
  5. Assign and monitor training programs, assessing results and implementing enhancements as needed.

Position Details:
  1. Location: Italy or Barcelona (Spain)
  2. Contract type: Apprentice/Trainee. Minimum duration: 12 months.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Degree or equivalent in Business administration or similar.
  2. Available for a full-time internship contract.
  3. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Fluent in other European languages.
