Job Title: Service Technician - Fire Detection

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician - Fire Detection to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will provide technical support for our fire detection business portfolio, including addressable and conventional fire detection systems, PAVA systems, and relevant accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product support to customers and sales teams
  • Support the full product range of fire detection systems using JCI fire detection software tools
  • Communicate with consultants, designers, project managers, and end-users
  • Advise and support projects by applying solutions according to international codes and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or relevant experience in the fire detection industry
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the fire detection industry
  • Good level of English and Spanish
  • Drive for results and consistently deliver
  • Business acumen/strategy driven
  • Able to work under pressure
