Job Title: Service Tech Fire Detection

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician - Fire Detection to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will provide technical support for our fire detection business portfolio, including addressable and conventional fire detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product support to customers and sales teams
  • Support the full product range of fire detection systems using JCI fire detection software tools
  • Communicate with consultants, designers, project managers, and end-users
  • Advise and support projects by applying solutions according to international codes and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or relevant experience in the fire detection industry
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in fire detection industry
  • Good level of English and Spanish
  • Customer-focused, drive for results, business acumen, and collaborative skills
