Our team is dedicated to pushing boundaries in areas such as lean manufacturing, demand creation, and implementing our strategy.We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support our local HR Business Partner and relevant projects (Time&Attendance, Payroll, Employee Portal, ServiceNow etc.)
The successful candidate will be responsible for data management in HCM SAP system, Time&Attendance administration, Payroll preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and Documentation & Compliance for auditing and reporting.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification provides a solid foundation, complemented by at least two years in HR Payroll and four years in HR Administration.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office ensures efficient payroll management, while advanced English skills (spoken and written) and basic German knowledge facilitate communication in an international environment.
The ability to address and resolve issues proactively and a commitment to staying updated on regulations ensure compliance and precision.
Strong interpersonal skills are key, particularly the ability to communicate professionally with employees and management.
