Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the HR operations for our newly created service organization. This role includes delivery assurance with high-quality operational support across various HR areas, including time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances, and garnishments.

Your responsibilities will include orchestrating service delivery for customers within the team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and providing guidance, mentorship, and training to medior team members. You will also be responsible for assessing process deviations, determining their impact, and approving or rejecting them while recommending optimal solutions to meet both client and organizational needs.

In addition, you will contribute to the local target operating model (TOM), country-specific operating models, and guide the development of key operational documentation and training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including time tracking, benefits management, pensions, garnishments, and insurance
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering HR services to multinational clients
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
