Job Description

We're seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing activation team at Welocalize. If you're passionate about driving growth for a portfolio of local and global brands, this is the role for you. The primary focus of the role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Advertising activity, working towards set performance targets and ensuring campaign implementation is in line with agency best practice, driving success for the client.

This role requires outstanding performance and optimisation skills, strong client management skills, team management experience, and the ability to be a mentor and tutor for junior members of the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a client portfolio of paid media campaigns across Search and other digital platforms
  • Proactively build internal relationships and communicate technical subjects effectively
  • Mentor and tutor junior members of the team, providing technical training on ad platforms
  • Ensure campaigns deliver against customer objectives while providing analysis and recommendations to improve performance
  • Support senior team members with strategy development
  • Proactive reporting and analysis of data, and quality assurance of Paid Media Specialists

Requirements & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years in a role using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Demonstrate implementation of multi-channel media strategies, advising on the right balance between search and other media
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency at customer management and delivery/optimisation/analysis/reporting across platforms
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Good negotiating skills paired with the ability to dive deep into performance reporting
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) targeting tactics
  • Experience in managing monthly budgets exceeding £30k for multi-channel international campaigns

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
