Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in project and/or delivery management, university degree preferred
  • Successful track record leading, managing, and growing teams
  • Extensive experience collaborating with business owners to determine needs for addressing growth and potential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations, focusing on increasing customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction
  • Considerable experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivity
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale customers, project management methodologies, and deployment/operational considerations
  • Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing team, self-sufficient with a can-do attitude, and ready to make yourself accountable

Position Expectations

You will be responsible for the successful execution of the territory project portfolio, focusing on customer success and MongoDB growth. You will also be responsible for continuous professional development of a geographically distributed project delivery team, building ever-improving professional services professionals.

  • Growing and maintaining required delivery capacity and utilization for delivery teams
  • Growing and maintaining required revenue targets for your delivery business owners
  • On-target hiring and on-time ramping of top-quality talent for your region
  • Continuously cultivating the breadth and depth of our MongoDB values
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the capability of MongoDB Professional Services
  • Responsible for accelerating consumption of the project backlog
  • Continuously reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and making required improvements
  • Maintaining excellent CSAT

We offer a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
