About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Italian Content Reviewer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our social media platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and filter content on our social media platform to ensure a safe and respectful environment for users
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address any content-related issues
  • Collaborate with our content moderation team to develop and implement content guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to ensure accurate content moderation
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Italian native speaker with advanced English skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong attention to detail
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms and content moderation
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments a plus
