About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Reviewer with expertise in the Italian language to join our team at Amazon. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of advertisements on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate advertisements for relevance, quality, and accuracy in accordance with Amazon's content guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain training materials and processes for content review.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to new hires and team members to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Monitor and report on workflow and process improvements, and escalate any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Participate in individual and group improvement projects, and develop new skills to enhance job performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months' work experience.
  • Fluency in English and Italian language, with strong verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension skills.
  • Good awareness of Italian culture and current affairs to identify potentially sensitive content.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, to maintain reports and metrics.
  • Web search skills and knowledge of Wikipedia to search for reference in text.
  • Good data evaluation and mining skills, with ability to work with sensitive issues.

About the Team

The Content Reviewer team operates within the PRG14 facility located in Rustonka R1 building in Prague, or Virtual locales within the Czech Republic. We are a diverse team with a cooperative spirit, and we work together to reach common goals.
