Financial Director

At Kempinski Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for safeguarding the hotel's assets and financial resources, ensuring they are utilized to maximize operating results.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage and control all revenues and expenses, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly P&L statements and quarterly self-assessment reports.
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure the hotel operates within legal and corporate guidelines, maximizing the use of resources and maintaining control over revenues and costs.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with hotel owners/representatives and external partners.

• BA/BSc in finance, accounting, or related field, or CPA/ACA/ACCA or MBA (Financial).
• 2+ years of experience as a financial controller, preferably with a 5* hotel chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong affinity for Information Technology and experience with accounting software.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, PCI DSS, and local regulations and taxation.
