Financial Director

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the hotel's assets and financial resources, ensuring they are utilized to maximize operating results.

• Financial Management
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Monitor and control all revenues and expenses, making recommendations for improvement.
• Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Leadership and Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Identify and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of finance staff.
• Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the hotel's assets and resources are protected.

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial controller or director in a similar industry.
• Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
