Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Barceló Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating all HR activities for the assigned hotels in the cluster, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all HR activities for the assigned hotels in the cluster, including personnel administration, labor relations, selection, employee development, and risk prevention.
  • Ensure that administrative processes for business personnel comply with current legislation (hiring, payroll, social security, taxes, etc.).
  • Forecast and control budgets for assigned projects, as well as monitor and control their progress.
  • Plan and distribute necessary actions to achieve objectives set by the Zone Director and the HR Director, with a double report on their progress and main indicators.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR Department and business units, ensuring smooth communication and optimizing daily management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or 3 years in a similar role with direct supervision.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve incidents.
  • Capacity to manage teams and make decisions.
  • Initiative and proactivity.
