About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team at Too Good To Go based in Málaga. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development of our business and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research the market to find interesting prospects and identify stakeholders/decision-makers.
  • Generate interest about Too Good To Go in the assigned area.
  • Introduce new partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on how to use the app, and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste.
  • Work with monthly targets and KPIs, defining both the quantity and quality of the stores we attract.
  • Participate in the department's monthly trainings and activities.
Requirements
  • Some experience in sales, including cold acquisition, preferably in a start-up environment or in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good understanding of spoken and written English.
  • Located in Málaga, happy to be on the field 2-3 days a week.
  • Genuine passion for the mission.
  • Result-driven, happy to work towards monthly targets and objectives.
  • Positive, proactive, creative, and resourceful.
  • Open to new ideas and happy to share/receive feedback.
