About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team in the Appliance and Digital Risks department. As an Underwriter, you will be responsible for conducting case underwriting for products covering Appliance Protection, Digital Risks for Individuals, and Easy Living Affinity Products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct case underwriting for the above-mentioned products
  • Analyze provided reference datasets and deliver completed quotations with detailed descriptions of cover and caveats to sales colleagues
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues on business opportunities and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines
  • Work with the Actuarial Team on pricing and model development

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an analytical or financial subject
  • Business-level fluency in English
  • Experience in risk assessment and management, with a strong understanding of insurance principles
  • 4+ years of experience in underwriting, actuarial, or pricing
