Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing detailed insights on sales pipeline performance, assisting in sales reporting, and supporting the development of opportunity pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support:
    • Provide in-depth analysis of sales pipeline performance to inform business decisions
    • Collaborate with the finance and marketing teams to improve sales conversion rates
    • Develop and maintain sales subscription data to enable sales excellence practices
  2. Sales Reporting:
    • Design and implement sales reporting dashboards for the Industry Business Unit
    • Contribute to the improvement of sales reporting processes across the organization
    • Communicate sales performance to stakeholders on a regular basis
  3. Support the development of opportunity pipelines and sales forecasting
  4. Collaborate with the offer marketing organization to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  5. Assist in the management of commercial reference portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  6. Ensure adherence to Schneider Electric standards and guidelines for Plant Apps and IA Software Product line
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background with a master's degree from a Business or Engineering School
  • Internship or similar experience in offer marketing and business analysis
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel skills, and presentation writing skills
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Power BI is a plus
  • Fluency in English, French, and/or Spanish is a plus
