Business Development Executive

The role of Business Development Executive is a key position in our organization, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that maximize growth opportunities and ensure the partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans that drive all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the partner to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Design compelling value propositions that inspire partners to promote our solutions
  • Create services based on our emerging and established technologies to increase revenue growth
  • Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders
  • Build and maintain activity dashboards and performance reports
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience in Global Systems Integrator Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry
  • Extensive experience selling within Telefonica and a strong network of connections
  • Understanding of channel operating models (GSI and VARS)
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills
  • A consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution
