We are seeking a Manager Internal Audit to help us lead one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. As a Manager Internal Audit, you will provide independent assurance and consulting services that are focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of the governance, risk management, and internal controls of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing independent assurance and consulting services to improve the quality and effectiveness of the governance, risk management, and internal controls of the organization.
  • Documenting and presenting audit reports to senior management and/or other audiences.
  • Applying knowledge of internal and external business conditions to identify incidents or events that could impact the organization's strategy, objectives, or risk profile.
  • Analyzing the underlying reasons of issues identified in an audit and determining cause-and-effect relationships of issues.
  • Applying knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and making recommendations for audit strategies based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of business risk.

To perform this job successfully, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field, and a minimum of 5+ years' audit experience. Big four experience and/or internal audit experience are highly desirable. You must also have extensive knowledge of business processes, their typical functions, common accounting entries, relationship with financial statements, and critical risks.
