Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Wind Energy Analyst to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a Junior Wind Energy Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing wind and climatic data, designing wind farm layouts, and performing wind flow modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of wind and climatic data to inform wind farm design and optimization.
  2. Design and develop wind farm layouts that maximize energy production and minimize environmental impact.
  3. Perform wind flow modeling to predict wind farm energy production and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Inspect sites and measurement equipment to ensure accurate data collection.
  5. Communicate results and recommendations to clients through technical reports and presentations.
  6. Manage small to medium-sized projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  7. Prepare and coordinate proposals for services to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel.
  3. Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools.
  4. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  5. Valid driver's license.
  6. Experience in energy assessment and CFD wind flow modeling is a plus.
