Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of our critical client-facing applications. This includes evaluating performance, reliability, scale, resiliency, and observability, as well as identifying and resolving issues in production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate application performance, reliability, scale, resiliency, and observability
  • Identify and resolve issues in production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of application performance and stability issues
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to define service level objectives (SLOs) for application features and services
  • Measure performance against SLOs and ensure systems continue to meet SLOs over time
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and stability of applications
  • Participate in operational support and on-call rotation shifts for supported systems and products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 6+ years of information technology experience with 4+ years working on DevOps or SRE teams
  • Experience with SRE concepts like SLI/SLOs and error budgets
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and Docker containers
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
