About the Role

Aircall is seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the Iberian/LATAM region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful field marketing programs that support regional sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that align with regional sales goals
  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute 360° campaigns and integrated programs
  • Identify, plan, execute, and track regional programs, including brand events, partner events, and tradeshows
  • Drive the creation of localized sales and demand enablement content
  • Analyze results and report on the effectiveness of program activities
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS
  • Native Spanish speaker with experience marketing to other Spanish speakers
  • Expertise in the Iberian/LATAM SMB markets
  • Marketo and Salesforce knowledge
  • Ability to develop fully integrated marketing plans
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
