Job Title: Operations Director

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our teams and optimize processes to ensure global operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and financial objectives, managing teams, and identifying improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global supervision of operations related to the Kit Digital
  • Coordination of various operational processes related to the Kit Digital
  • Management of teams located in the Tenerife branch
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency
  • Monitor and improve the unit economics associated with the operation
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management


Requirements:

  • Degree in computer engineering or similar
  • Previous experience in supervising complex operations, focusing on optimization and process improvement
  • Experience managing large teams (ideally between 50-70 people)
  • Ability to hire, train, and develop talent, creating a productive and cohesive work environment
  • Ability to plan, execute, and lead operational projects from design phase to implementation
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a results-oriented approach to efficiency
  • Knowledge of data tools, CRM, and project management software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, among others
