Job Summary
Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Technology Specialist to join our Security Technology Operations team. As a key member of our global security team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on secure managed file transfer (MFT) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with global teams to design and implement MFT solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
- Manage and resolve complex MFT-related incidents and requests as a Level 3 SME support specialist.
- Collaborate with product teams to mature MFT product features and deliver enhancements.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MFT protocols and technologies, including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with MFT tools or technology, or similar tooling.
- 10+ years of experience in a security operations or similar information technology position.
- Honours Degree / Bachelor of Science in computing.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global team and adapt to different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CISSP, Security+, Network+, CISM, AWS/Azure Cloud Fundamentals.
