About the Role

As a Night Shift Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and creating operational plans to drive excellence in safety, quality, and productivity across our sites.

You will analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence. You will also work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing a team of Area Managers, leading operational teams on a shift, and positively impacting site performance.

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our Amazon Delivery Network team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering initiatives to improve operational performance.

Our team is people-focused and supportive, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.

Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

We look for new ways to overcome industry-wide logistics challenges and reduce our carbon footprint, supported by a portfolio of cutting-edge vehicles and technology.

Basic qualifications include a degree and relevant experience in people and stakeholder management. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language are also required.
